Scott Campos To Continue At Smallbrook

The Warriors can today reveal another piece of their 2020 team jig-saw by handing a return ticket to Island track specialist Scott Campos.

Thirty year old Campos is an experienced campaigner at National League level and, as has so often been the case in the past, is an extremely difficult man to pass on the wide open spaces at Smallbrook Stadium. His starting average for 2020 is 5.12 leaving 10.46 available to accommodate the final two riders.

Welcoming back Campos, Warriors’ co-promoter Barry Bishop said, “It’s great to be able to bring Scott back. He’s cool and calm and a good influence on our younger riders. It’s so important that we stay strong at Smallbrook and he will be a really useful man to have so that we meet that aim”.

Campos said, “A big thanks to the Warriors management for asking me back. The Island track suits me fine and it will be good to start the season in familiar surroundings. If we can steer clear of problems, it will be an exciting season”.
