TRAVEL BY CAR FROM THE MAINLAND
The shortest route is to take the M275 off of the M27 towards Portsmouth and then follow the car ferry terminal signs for Wightlink Ferry to Ryde.
(Wightlink Car Ferry Terminal Gunwharf Road, Portsmouth, PO1 2LA - Tel: 0871 3764342 - www.wightlink.co.uk)
Wightlink Ferry services to the Island also run on the Lymington to Yarmouth route.
From the Ryde terminal:
Turn right, then left at the first set of traffic lights onto A3054. Continue onto Quarr Hill A35040 and then on entering Ryde, bear right onto Pellhurst Road. Then turn left onto Partlands Avenue and then right into Ashey Road.
(Stadium address is Ashey Road, Ryde, PO33 4BH).
For the return car journey back to Fishbourne Ferry Terminal the address is:
(Fishbourne Ferry Terminal, Fishbourne Lane, Ryde, PO33 4EU)
Parking in Portsmouth:
If travelling by car, follow signs to the car parks locally which are signposted from Queen's Street or at Gunwharf Quays. Gunwharf Quays has a 1532 space underground car park. Portsmouth Harbour train station, The Hard Bus Interchange, the Gosport Ferry and Wightlink foot-passenger terminal are only 5 minutes walk from Gunwharf Quays. There is a car park opposite the Wightlink car ferry terminal which is just a two minute walk, but this is very popular and busy. Our advice is to arrive in plenty of time if you need to park.
