Warriors Play-Off Hopes Dashed

The 'Wightlink' Warriors hopes of a place in the end of season play-offs were dashed tonight as Cradley beat Kent 46-44 in a last heat decider at Monmore Green, Wolverhampton.

In doing so the Heathens took three league points and hoisted themselves into fourth place in the league table with 24 points, three points ahead of the Warriors with both sides fixtures completed.

Whilst there is understandable sadness that play-off dreams have now ended, the club can look back on another season full of improvement and progress which will be celebrated at the end of season 'bash' on 9 November in the Premier Lounge at Smallbrook Stadium.
