Ryan Terry-Daley Makes It Five


The ‘Wightlink’ Warriors are delighted to announce that they have secured the services of Ryan Terry-Daley to bolster the middle order of their 2019 side.

London born, but raised in New Zealand, twenty four year old Ryan has been a familiar face at the Andrew Younie Smallbrook Stadium regularly appearing in open meetings as well as proving to be a reliable scorer when representing his league teams. Indeed, his end of season form for Plymouth had many pundits inking his name into the Devils 2019 roster, but when it became apparent that there was an opportunity to bring him to the Island, the Warriors management stepped in and quickly tied up arrangements.

Terry-Daley is currently enjoying a successful racing stint Down Under and will join the Warriors on a 5.22 match average. He is due back in the UK at the end of February giving himself plenty of time to build up his equipment for the new challenge ahead.

Warriors co-promoter Barry Bishop, clearly pleased with his latest signing, said, “I’ve got to know Ryan over the past couple of years and he has always been very willing to come over to the Island for
