Danny Phillips and Monkey Racing are proud to announce the launch of their new online Media Channel and their association with go-ahead speedway production and online media company SPEEDWAY  PORTAL.

​   A delighted Danny said "It's fantastic to be working with Andy and the PORTAL.  We had a good chat about many things during last year’s GB Young Lions training camp, but unfortunately due to the bad crash ending my season just as it really began, we were not able to put our plans into motion. 

​

   However, we kept in contact with each other quite a lot during my recovery period, and now we are ready to proceed and get things sorted for the upcoming season.  I am excited to be launching the channel as I know what is planned and in store for it in the future, and to have the backing of the PORTAL is going to be a great help to me and the team during the season."

​   Andy Hague from SPEEDWAY  PORTAL said "We were aware of Danny before we met him at the GB Young Lions camp, having filmed many of his races riding on the Island for his visiting teams.  What we didn’t know was just how focused, driven and passionate Danny was of becoming a successful professional speedway rider. 

​

   His channel would have been launched during 2017 had it not been for his horrific crash at Mildenhall which ended his season.  That was such a cruel blow to his plans, however the focus and effort Danny has made during his recovery only serves to underpin that our tie up is the right decision for us both.  It gives us great pleasure to finally welcome Danny to the PORTAL publicly, and we look forward to assisting him and the team throughout 2018 and beyond."

​   Danny Phillips completes the 2018 rider roster joining KRZYSZTOF KASPRZAK, PAUL STARKE and DREW KEMP as SPEEDWAY  PORTAL sponsored riders, along with GB Young Lions JORDAN PALIN and CORBAN PAVITT.
