Today (Sat 6th July), Nathan and his pit crew travel across the water to race on foreign shale in the European Under 21 Semi Final at Gdańsk in Poland, with only the top 5 riders qualifying for the final Rivine, Ukraine at the end of August.

   It promises to be a close fought meeting with many top class international performers in the lineup, but Nathan is fully prepared and looking forward to the challenge.

 

   Speaking from his home base, Nathan said "I am really happy to be given the opportunity of riding in this prestigious event held in such a world class stadium.  I have watch many of my riding Heroes over the years gain success at the venue, so I am hoping that will spur me on to emulate them and gain a place in the Final."

   "It has been a tricky first half of the season for myself on track, partly due to some personal situations away from the sport.  However, we have worked through them and feel our season starts here and now.  I feel confident, I am enjoying my riding and my equipment is fully prepped and ready to go."

   "I can't wait to line up at the tapes and repay the faith my sponsors and fans have in me, and will give it my all to get into the top 5 which will give me a shot at becoming European 2019 Champion, my last year competing in the Under 21 level."
