Competition for a place in the Polish team for the 2020 Speedway of Nations began at a recent national team training camp in Szklarska Poręba, with Krzysztof a strong favourite to get the call.

   Looking to start the season strong for his club teams to keep front and centre in the minds of the Polish selectors, Krzysztof's dedication to his preseason training programme sees him line up at the tapes fully prepared for a solid season ahead.  If selected, he will join Bartosz Zmarzlik and Dominik Kubera who have already booked their places in the team.

   His 2019 end of season form saw him take the Golden Helmet title in Gdańsk, which also came with automatic places in the SGP and SEC qualifying rounds in 2020.  He will be looking to build on that form as Poland take on Australia in a test match in March, the first friendly team meeting which is to take place in Rzeszów.  This is regarded to be a general rehearsal before the Speedway of Nations semi-final in Landshut on April 25th.
